Update for Monday January 3:
Overnight weather guidance have increased the total snow accumulation some with now 4-6 inches of snow expected in the Baltimore area.
Expect any mixture of rain, snow, sleet, to quickly changeover to all snow by daybreak. Temperatures will fall below freezing combined with increased snowfall rates will make for hazardous traveling conditions for the morning commute. Roads will become snow covered, and visibility will become an issue with the higher snowfall rates. Snow should continue through the morning hours before diminishing rapidly in the early afternoon.
