Synopsis: An area of low pressure will quickly pass to the south overnight delivering another few inches of snow. Turning cold, blustery tommorow and sunny.
Discussion: Snow will overspread the area around midnight and continue overnight before ending around dawn. This will be a short duration storm with snow only lasting about 5-6 hours. However, snowfall rates might reach 1-2 inches per hour for a time. A general 2-4 inches is expected with isolated amounts of 5 inches possible. Snow should be gone by the morning commute. Roads will become snow covered fast due to the recent cold temperature which will make it easy for the snow to stick.
Expect hazardous traveling conditions for the morning commute. Skies clear by early - midmorning, winds pick up and temperatures hover in the low 30s throughout the day.
What it means: Roads and sidewalks will be slippery and traveling conditions are expected to hazardous. Plan on a slow morning commute despite the snow having already ended.
