Synopsis
A cold front will cross the area Wednesday morning followed by the return of high pressure and above average temperatures. High pressure will move offshore as a strong cold front approaches Thursday evening. The cold front will push through Friday morning followed by below average temperatures through the weekend.
Detailed Forecast
Wednesday- A cold front will move through during the early morning hours. The front will bring clouds but is mostly moisture starved although a predawn sprinkle can't be ruled out it's a dry frontal passage. Clouds will move out during the morning hours and sunshine will return with above average temperatures, highs will be in the middle to upper 60s.
Wednesday Night- High Pressure will move overhead clear skies are expected with lows in the middle 40s.
Thursday- High pressure will begin to move offshore and clouds will begin to increase as the day wears on as a strong cold front begins to approach from the west. Temperatures will rise into the upper 60s to near 70.
Thursday Night- Rain moves in after midnight. The rain will be moderate to perhaps heavy at times, a rumble of thunder can't be ruled out either. Rainfall amount will range between a half an inch to inch. It will turn breezy as well with winds gusting up to 25 mph, lows will be in the middle to upper 50s.
Friday- Rain ends early to mid morning as the cold front pushes through, skies will begin to clear and will turn breezy highs will be In the low to middle 60s.
Friday Night- Partly cloudy with lows dropping in the low to middle 40s.
Saturday- Sunny skies with highs in the low to middle 50s.
Saturday Night- Clear skies with lows dropping in the low to middle 30s.
Sunday- Sunny skies with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.
